At the heart of Ciopeta Palace, every detail speaks of the expertise of the artisans and artists who brought this extraordinary redevelopment to life. Every stone, every stroke of color, every architectural element, is the result of unparalleled passion, dedication and skill. The harmony of these masters results in an extraordinary experience that invites you to discover and admire the authentic beauty of the Palace.
The Dolci family tradition dates back more than a hundred years and has consolidated their reputation as the leading experts in natural earths, the pigmented powders that create the wall colors used in building restoration and applied exclusively by experienced professionals.
In the redevelopment work of Palazzo Ciopeta, Dolci was responsible for all interior and exterior wall finishes using limes colored with Terre di Verona and highly breathable and sanitizing finishes used in all the rooms in the building.
The concept of sustainability is essential and lies at the basis of the project: it is the philosophy behind the research and reworking of tradition. It is something unique, the shades of color result from the peculiarity of the natural pigments.
A different earth color was used for each of the seven apartments: Terra Gialla, Terra di Siena, Terra Rossa, Terra di Pozzuoli, Terra d’Ombra, Terra Verde di Verona, Terra di Nicosia.
Each one appreciated for its naturalness and ability to create warm and cozy atmospheres that are unaffected by color changes over time.
An artist’s relationship with their works is very intense and personal.
The creation of a work is a process that goes beyond the simple act of design: it represents a way to express one’s emotions, thoughts and feelings.
Chiarenza for Palazzo Ciopeta created seven works for the seven apartments, which are nothing but seven different worlds where art has built its home, shaping it to develop an emotional bond: a part of the artist that is exposed to the world.
D Davide Groppi has been inventing and producing light fixtures since the late 1980s: he is one of the world’s most highly regarded lighting designers. His creativity has allowed him to develop designs and tales of light that go far beyond the simple luminous body. One of his distinguishing characteristics is to seduce but above all to excite with lighting.
For Palazzo Ciopeta, he oversaw the entire lighting and light design project, striving to create a particular interpretation of the space with light, highlighting volumes, differentiating floors, levels and depths. When natural light is not enough, artificial light becomes an indispensable tool for the diversification of spaces, paths and environments.
Since ancient times, architecture has used art as a tool to enrich and enhance buildings. Art has often played an important role in the decoration of buildings, creating dramatic effects and enhancing interior and exterior spaces. The palace apartments provide the perfect example of how the two disciplines continue to interact creatively.
The artist, with a heart steeped in passion for art and a keen eye for detail, embarked on a unique journey of exploration within the walls of this building. The goal was clear: to recover and bring back the ancient grandeur of the building, creating a space in which art and architecture danced together in perfect harmony.
Bisazza is one of the most influential luxury brands in design and a world leader in the production of glass mosaic for interior and exterior decoration.
In recent years, the company has expanded its collections by creating, through careful processing of new materials, innovative decorative proposals that combine the value of design with the charm of artisanship.
Bisazza is participating in the renovation and redevelopment of the Ciopeta building by decorating the bathrooms of all seven apartments with the Vetricolor mosaic collection.
As a result, they helped give each apartment its own personality and special identity, expressing the value of artisanship and giving the building new prestige, while preserving its distinctive elements. The interventions carried out recreated a contemporary and original atmosphere, with great aesthetic value, marked by Italian excellence.
Bisazza mosaics in the bathrooms of Palazzo Ciopeta transform the space into a timeless place where art and luxury meet in a sublime embrace. Be inspired by the beauty of this work of art and immerse yourself in an experience of pure splendor.
Not just a brand. A new way of experiencing design.
A conscious, future-oriented design, capable of offering a modern and refined vision of furniture, combining elegance and refinement. Inspired by the gifts of nature, all products enhance the natural beauty of the material used, by virtue of the charm and exclusivity of the corrugated cardboard texture.
The end result is a product that conveys a feeling of authentic relaxation, thanks to the sinuous lines and natural colors.
For more than two decades, Studio Associato Tam has been designing and creating buildings capable of improving people’s lives, fortifying a sense of community and responding to climate change issues.
They have been collaborating for several years with the client, who defines them as one of the excellences of Italian design. They have an architectural vision of serving the community and caring for the people, places, principles and resources that will be part of it.
All this can be seen in their creative hand and mind lent to the renovation of Palazzo Ciopeta, for which they found a design harmony between indoor and outdoor. They made every space of the building functional, in step with the times, yet kept its roots firmly in place, accessible, safe and comfortable.
